Powered by the included aerosol propellant cans, the AERO System is ideal for smaller projects, quick setups, outdoor spaces, or creative sessions on the go. Each 12 oz can gives you up to 20 minutes of spray time — enough to customize a dozen glass tumblers.
Works with Cricut, Silhouette, laser-cut, pre-cut vinyl, or stencils you make with the Aero-Etch Stencil Making Kit — if you already have stencils at home, you can start the day it arrives.
1 Design
Choose a pre-made stencil, cut one with your Cricut or Silhouette, or create your own with the Aero-Etch Stencil Making Kit.
2 Stencil
Apply your stencil to glass, crystal, metal, or ceramic. Press firmly for a clean edge and a crisp result.
Attach the sandcarver to the aerosol propellant, activate, and carve your design. Peel back the stencil to reveal a permanent, professional finish.

Setup takes minutes. The AERO System is cordless, lightweight, and powered entirely by aerosol — no electricity or compressor needed.
Getting started:
- Fill the sandcarver to 8 oz with the included abrasive media
- Attach the bottom of the sandcarver to the top of the aerosol propellant canister
- Put on your safety gear — mask, gloves, and glasses are all included
- Activate when ready, aim at your stenciled surface, and carve
Aerosol specs: Each 12 oz can provides up to 20 minutes of continuous spray time. Pairs with 8 oz of abrasive media — enough to customize approximately 12 glass tumblers per can.
Ready to go further? Add the Compressor Adapter to connect any standard 0.5 HP+ air compressor for deeper carving, higher pressure, and extended sessions.
The AERO System is designed for safe home and outdoor use. All required safety equipment is included in the box — nothing to source separately.
