Getting Started

We strongly recommend opening your Aero-Etch® product and reviewing all included items within the first 1–2 weeks of receiving your order, even if you’re not quite ready to start using it. This ensures:

  • Everything arrived safely and correctly
  • You have time to ask us any questions or request help
  • You can decide if it’s the right fit before using consumables (abrasive/stencil film)

1. Product Support

Having trouble or unhappy with the results you're getting? Most issues can be solved with a quick message or a bit of guidance.

If something doesn’t work as expected, we want to make it right.

Recommended First Steps:

  • Test your product within 2 weeks of delivery
  • Submit a Product Support Form
  • Include clear photos/videos to help our team troubleshoot

Resolution Options:

  • Technical guidance (for fixable issues)
  • Replacement parts or components
  • Full product replacement (if defect is confirmed)

⏳ Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind? Some items are eligible for a refund minus return shipping & a 15% restocking fee.

  • Start your return within 14 days of receipt
  • Ship it back within 30 days

Refundable: Unused products in original packaging

Non-Refundable: Used products, consumables, and opened tools/kits

  1. Submit a Return Application
  2. Wait for our team’s instructions
  3. Receive refund after inspection (5–10 business days)

If your package arrives damaged, take action ASAP:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
  • Let us know — we’re happy to help guide the process

Note: Purchasers are responsible for carrier claims and payment obligations remain in place.
