Aero-Etch is developed by Engraved Products, a Danbury, Connecticut company with more than 50 years of experience in professional engraving.
For decades, the team at Engraved Products has worked with glass, crystal, awards, gifts, and custom pieces — learning firsthand what separates an ordinary engraving from a truly exceptional one.
We knew the advantages of sandcarving. We also knew why most makers couldn’t easily access it. Traditional sandblasting equipment is often large, expensive, and complicated. We believed there had to be a better way.
Bringing professional sandcarving within reach
Aero-Etch was created to bridge that gap. Working with experienced development and manufacturing partners, Engraved Products helped create a compact sandcarving system that makes professional-quality engraving more accessible to hobbyists, artists, crafters, and small businesses.
Instead of asking makers to invest in a traditional blasting setup, Aero-Etch gives them a practical way to explore the same fundamental technique used by professional engravers: directing a controlled stream of abrasive to create real depth and detail in a surface.
