The Pro Studio is built for serious crafters ready to go beyond surface-level etching.

With this system, you'll have everything you need to explore deeper, more detailed sandcarving techniques — including multi-stage carving and dimensional designs.

The included Compressor Adapter connects to your own air compressor (0.5 HP or higher), giving you adjustable pressure up to 75 PSI, extended spray time, and unlimited clean air — ideal for larger or more complex projects.

Works with Cricut, Silhouette, laser-cut, pre-cut vinyl, or stencils you make with the Aero-Etch Stencil Making Kit — if you already have stencils at home, you can start the day it arrives.

The Sandcarving Booth helps keep your workspace clean by capturing abrasive dust for re-use. For the clearest carving experience, we recommend using it with a small vacuum.

Setup & Specs

Setup takes minutes. The sandcarver arrives pre-assembled — connect the aerosol propellant to start immediately, or connect your own air compressor for deeper carving capability. The Sandcarving Booth keeps your workspace clean and captures abrasive for reuse.

Using with the Compressor Adapter:

  • Requires any air compressor 0.5 HP or higher
  • 45–65 PSI — surface-level etching and detail work
  • 65–75 PSI — deep sandcarving effects and dimensional results
  • Fill the sandcarver to 8 oz with the included abrasive media before use
  • For the clearest carving experience inside the booth, we recommend using a small vacuum alongside it

The Pro Studio is designed for safe home studio use. All required safety equipment is included in the box — nothing to source separately.

  • Always wear the included safety gear — mask, gloves, glasses, and sleeve covers — every time you carve
  • Use in a well-ventilated area to avoid dust buildup
  • The Sandcarving Booth contains abrasive dust and captures it for reuse
  • Keep all materials and tools out of reach of children
